Drawing from her own experiences, Vania reflects on the reliance on fast food and processed meals during hectic weekdays, driven by convenience and limited access to healthier options. Weekends, in contrast, offer a short weekend shopping to purchase fresh ingredients, fostering a compensatory mentality, an attempt to alleviate the guilt of poor weekday choices.
